Research Use Only All products sold by Terra Research Co. are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, or therapeutic application.

All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of research chemicals and the integrity requirements of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on any peptide or research compound once shipped.

This policy exists to:

• Maintain chain-of-custody and batch integrity
• Comply with regulatory and safety standards
• Protect the validity of your research

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive a damaged shipment or an incorrect item, contact us within 5 business days of delivery at [your contact email]. Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item

We will review and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. No cash refunds will be issued.

Lost Shipments If your order is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if confirmed lost, issue a replacement or store credit.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that window, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled.

Chargebacks We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. All orders are documented with COA records, shipping confirmation, and delivery verification. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with full documentation.
